Shipping Methods
Courier Delivery in Valencia
For orders delivered within Valencia and the surrounding area, we offer local courier delivery. Delivery time and cost depend on the delivery address, dimensions and weight of the order.
Delivery by Transport Company
We ship throughout Spain, to European Union countries and to other international destinations using courier and transport companies.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight, dimensions and characteristics of the order. For bulky products or special orders, shipping costs may be confirmed individually before dispatch.
Pick Up from the Store
You can also collect your order personally from our collection point in Valencia. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange collection.
Delivery Times
Products available in stock are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after the order has been confirmed and, where applicable, payment has been received.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected transport company. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures and carrier conditions.
Payment Methods
Bank Transfer
You can pay for your order by bank transfer. The necessary bank details will be provided during the checkout process or after your order has been confirmed.
Your order will be processed for dispatch after the payment has been received and confirmed in our bank account.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery may be available for certain orders and destinations. Availability depends on the transport company, order amount and delivery address.
Cash on delivery may be subject to an additional fee charged by the transport company.
International Orders
OfertaTop provides international shipping. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.
Receiving Your Order
When receiving your order, we recommend checking the external condition of the packaging before accepting the shipment.
If you notice visible damage, dents, damaged packaging or any other transport-related issue, we recommend noting it on the carrier's delivery document and contacting us as soon as possible.
